Our wooden lampshades and lamps are handcrafted in our Marseille workshop and our textile products are made in Marseille by independent seamstresses.

The availability

Textile articles

All our textile products in stock are available in our workshop. This allows for faster delivery of these products.

The lampshades in stock are produced for each order placed on the site. This allows you to customize the interior and size of your lampshade.

Poufs and lamps
Our poufs and lamps in stock are already pre-assembled, only the insertion of the filler is missing in the case of the poufs and the installation of the personalized electric wire in the case of the lamps.

Care and washing


  • Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun;
  • Hand or machine wash at 30º ;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt in the wash cycle;
  • Dry in the shade;
  • Use the iron at medium temperature
  • The poufs as well as our cushions are removable. So you can wash them as often as you like.


  • For the interior, dust and clean with a damp cloth with a drop of Marseille soap;
  • For the exterior, dust with a feather duster or a dry cloth;
  • Do not use abrasive products

Lamps and wooden planks

  • Dust with a feather duster or dry cloth
  • To moisturize and invigorate the wood, we recommend using a mineral oil of your choice;
  • Do not use abrasive products;
  • Avoid impact or contact with sharp objects.
lamp warranty

Our lights are guaranteed for up to 12 months. If there is a problem with the wood or the electrical part, you can send it back to us and we will fix it for you.

Can I order a custom product?

Yes, if you need an Ayo product in a different size or shape, we can make it for you. Simply choose your fabric number from our fabric catalog here and write to us to tell us how you want your product.

How do I know if the Ayo shade fits the base of my lamp or fixture?

Standard socket sizes are E27 and E14 . Before buying your lampshade, check which is the model of your socket, it is generally an adhesive glued on the body of the socket. If it is E27, don't worry, because our lampshades are made with a frame for this size, but if your model is E14, send us a comment at the time of purchase informing that you want an E14 adapter . It will be sent to you free of charge.

What are the delivery times ?

Orders are shipped within 3-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Each shipping time varies depending on the type of product:

Textiles: 72h

Lampshades and wooden objects: 4 days

Light fixtures and poufs: 7 days

Colissimo (2-3 days) 8€ to 12€

What should I do if the product arrived damaged?

When you receive your package, we strongly recommend that you open the box and check the good condition of the products in the presence of the delivery person. If they are damaged, you can refuse to receive them.
If your order arrives damaged and you cannot open it in the presence of the delivery person, we recommend that you take photos of the box and the product and notify us within 48 hours. This will allow us to notify the transport company as soon as possible.
In both cases, we will refund you or send you a new product as soon as the damaged package arrives at our workshop.


How to make a return?

For any order placed online, you have a return period of 14 days from the date of receipt.

The product must not have been used or washed. It must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the order number.

You must write to us on the contact page informing us of your desire to return the product. We will then respond to you with a return label.

Refund conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and in the same original packaging. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product in our workshops.

Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the delivery of a voucher.
